HEAVY-DUTY ENGINE & COMPONENT CLEANER

Aqueous cleaning compound for aircraft engine & component degreasing operations

HAND CLEANING/LOCAL APPLICATION

1. Dilute NuGear® SC 1:4 to 1:10* with water.

2. Apply to surface in shallow wash tank or by mop or spray.

3. Loosen surface material with non-metallic bristle brush, reapplying solution continuously.

4. Follow with water rinse reapply if necessary.

5. Wipe dry with terry towel.

HEAVY-DUTY CLEANING/HOT IMMERSION TANK/SPRAY CABINET

1. Use NuGear® SC full strength or dilute 1:2 to 1:4* with water

2. Allow to soak at 120 – 140°F (49 – 60°C).

3. Effective concentration can be maintained with periodic addition of fresh NuGear SC.
