NUSHINE II: GRADED METAL POLISHING SYSTEM FOR MIRROR-FINISH

NUVITE ROLLS OUT NEW PACKAGING & LABEL DESIGN FOR SIGNATURE PRODUCT

Central Islip, NY (October 2016) NUVITE Chemical Compounds, manufacturer of aerospace, aviation, and transportation appearance & maintenance chemicals since 1949, has completely redesigned the packaging of its signature product line, NUSHINE II. NUSHINE II, a system of graded polishing compounds for nearly all metal surfaces, delivers an incredibly deep, clear, and image-reflecting shine on clad, cast or forged aluminum, nickel, stainless steel, and more. The system of six grades (S, A, C, G6, F7 & F9) addresses a variety of polishing processes for re-polishing, light touch-up, oxidation removal, scratch and surface repair, and final polish with mirror-finish. The system provides a protective chemical barrier to inhibit corrosive oxidation. As with most NUVITE products, extraordinary results are achieved with an extremely small amount of product, making NUSHINE II economical to use.

Each grade of the NUSHINE II polish system retains it’s original, tried and true formulation, but benefits from new, durable packaging provided by thick-walled PET plastic jars, flush-fitted PET plastic lids, and heat induction sealing. The newly designed label is realized as a color-coded system with each NUSHINE II grade represented by a unique color carried throughout all its respective unit sizes. The complete NUSHINE II look and packaging will debut at NBAA 2016 and be in global distribution late 2016.

NUVITE’s compounds, polishes, cleaners, degreasers & sealants cover a variety of substrates; including metal, paint, fabric, and wood. NUVITE products for bright-work polish, paint care, dry wash, wet wash and interior care are especially popular in the aviation aftermarket. The company has plans to modernize logos and label designs for all its products. “New packaging and label designs speak to the advanced technology, high quality, and top performance each product provides”, says Clifford Lester, Executive Director of Nuvite, adding, “It’s exciting to see the entire brand visually updated.”

Acquired by UNIVERSAL PHOTONICS INCORPORATED (UPI), manufacturer and global distributor of critical surface preparation materials worldwide, in January 2015, NUVITE Chemical Compounds continues UPI’s commitment to the advancement of surfacing and polishing technology.
